Does the label 'terror-tart' accurately sum up Michele Bachmann's personality?

Most cons like to use terror and fear to get votes. Otherwise they would never get elected. No middle class person in their right mind will vote for someone who's just going to cut taxes for the rich, but they will vote for that person if they claim they can protect the country better. Which we know that's false as well.
