Ford Focus 2001, rattling noise from driver side rear wheel?

I would look at all the components in the rear suspension and make sure there are no loose or missing fasteners. It's hard to say without hearing the noise, but it's also possible (if you have rear drum brakes) there might be something inside your brake drum.
