Why does it sound almost as though there is a rattling noise?

When I try to sing or practice singing? Not sure what this is or what is wrong but definitely something wrong and I do not know what it is. Why is this? Did I damage my voice?? Is there any practice or anything I can do to fix this?;; And I screwed???? )':
